Graham Cracker Crust:
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups finely crushed graham crackers (about 18)
1. Melt butter; stir in sugar. Add crushed crackers; toss to mix well. Spread evenly into a 13x11in pan. Press to the bottom. SAVE A SMALL AMOUNT FOR TOPPING. Place in freezer while completing next step.
2. Mix 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream with 12oz. of frozen Lemonade Concentrate. Easier to mix if ice cream has been thawed for 15-30min.
3. Pour mixture over crust and sprinkle with remaining crushed crackers.
4. Freeze 2-3 hours before serving
